Staff Behaviour is unprofessional. Staff name Ruth was dealing with me. I was looking for changing the sim to my name from my Aunt's name for half hour. She did not listen properly and after some time she told me to get a token and wait for another 1 hour. My aunt had to go back to dubai so i waited long and left without changing the sim to my name.
