I have used Etsy for years and I will no longer be doing so. I will not support any business that allows a third party seller to send rude and unnecessary messages to their customers. MCCA Design was very rude and condescending on the messages to me about a product order and was not what was pictured or expected. I have ordered 4 different things from this vendor and the way I was attack and told maybe you should learn how to ready when questioning what the item (hat) was not as shown. Further more Etsy can read his responses and did nothing. Nor apologized for the rude comments and standing behind vendor on the incorrect product. The vendor stated to them I lied and never anything I said was a lie. The only thing shown to me when order the shirts and the hat to match the one shirt was the color of the material of shirts and hat. Never did anything on the picture of the hat change to show or ask about black Thread the only time that was shown was once order had processed and then it said black thread and black hat but I did not notice that until the other day that it said black thread or I would have email right away after all black had with Black thread to show a silhouette of a car does not even show you have to look up close. As bad as it was to waste my money on an incorrect item it was even worse how rude he was and the Etsy allowed it. I will look into this with the way a paid and will not be ordering from Etsy again. I would like a refund and an apology. I wanted the hat to be correct and when it was not I was attacked by the vendor and he told them I lied which is not the case and ordered other products with him before and no issues but on the hat and I did he was very rude and ETSY never even address the rudeness or anything. messages from vendor: So because YOU made a mistake because you can't read, is that any reason to leave a bad review when this was your fault? Lady, YOU screwed up! Don't blame your mistakes on us. There is nothing to fix. Learn how to read before placing orders! And why can't you be bothered to read your order details? OH, that would mean you have to admit you screwed up when's its just easier to blame someone else!
