I completed many hundreds of BPO's for this company of which I have only been paid a fraction. They also offered $75-100 for RUSH bpo's that they will not pay on. I have spoken with attorney reagingthis and their suggestion was to put mechanics liens onthe properties that they did not pay for. Has anyone else had similar situations or gotten results?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am owed for about 50 orders including interiors. Last and only payment I received on 6/24/10 for orders that were completed in March of 2010. I have called, emailed (vendor inquiry)..nothing. Not quite sure what to do.
Did you file a complaint with the attorney general and the BBB?
I just finished one for them in Feb., they don't answer phones, emails, etc.
Still not paid, May 1.
I am going to make sure they get blasted on BPO blogs.
They don't pay period...so i will not be doing any more work for this company! If you like to work for free and spend your gas money and time, then do it.
I have completed 17 bpos since the first of April and have not been paid for a single one. I have made numerous phone calls and spoke to several reps. I was promised a check 3 weeks ago. I have been on the phone every day this week with no luck. They say they do not have a number for accounting and won't even give you an email for them. Does anyone have any idea how I can make them pay or who to call?
Thanks.
Alice C.
Completed one in June and have not been paid 10 weeks later...luckily I googled the company before I accepted any more. I just called the main number and tried extensions 101, 111, 121, 131 til I got Cameron...he said he was going to escalate to management and get a check out...I am not holding my breath
These people are scammers. I stopped at 5 orders because they never sent a check for the first order. I have been waiting since June for payment. Do not complete work for them.
I completed BPOs on 9/17/12 and 10/1/12, neither of which I have received payment for. Upon calling Evaluation Solutions, none of the extensions were answered, left multiple messages and none were returned. Happened to review emails from the orders and found a cell # for one of the staff, so I called. The gentleman notified me that Evaluation Solutions closed their doors on 12/18/2012.
I began calling the lenders of the properties for which I valued, and learned that they now place their orders for valuations through a 3rd party provider called FPSDirect.info and their # is [protected]. I have called and was told that a supervisor will return my call.
I am going to file mechanics liens against these properties. Hopefully I will be paid eventually.
I failed to note that FPSDirect.info in turn posts the valuation orders for companies such as Evaluation Solutions, Finiti, etc. to pickup and farm out to us, the unsuspecting Realtors. FPSDirect # [protected].
Laura can you call me Sharyn Guzzi [protected]
Does anyone know where jurisdicion is for Evaluaiton where are you filing. Example if you live in NY do you file here or in Florida where the company is. Do you file where the properties you did work on are or in the companies town.
Laura, do you file the mechanics liens against the properties hoping the lien holder will pay? Certainly the property owners are not going to pay as they did not order the work performed. I have more than $8000 owed and I feel totally depressed that this happened. They were very slow paying but every two months after I wrote a lot email they would send me a check. If anyone has any ideas, please share.
