I have not received a dime back, now I will be the voice for the people and take this type of fraud to congress, since you want comply with what you said you were going to do. I even went to my bank and they are 100% behind me on this, they tried calling and the same results, it has to be a reason you want accept calls, if anybody else would like to join me, email me at patsy-perkins@sbcglobal.net.

Probably, if the truth were known, those of us who were taken by these people had just applied for a credit card or a fast loan and had given our account numbers on the applications. Note that all of us were so low on funds that many of us were assessed NSF fees. These guys are all heart, aren't they?
Yes, I got the same treatment -- $49.95 on check #9999 and I believe it was within a week after applying for about 5 different cards. They could have been attached to one of those sites -- actually, I knew better than that, but I allowed myself to panic, instead of trusting God to take care of me.

I had my acct since 1992, and I worked for this bank for 11years then I lost my job B of A, anyway for the last 2months they have taken out money of my ck acct and putting it into an acct that was getting due, anyway I paid on the acct that was almost due, and the next day without my permission they took out the money again. This has happen twice and I am getting really ticked off. They not only did that they kept increasing my limit on two charge accts, double my payments to them going from 135. to 313, plus the other charge going from 65 to 130.00 I am having such a hard time trying to pay these bills, and if I had known they were going to do that to me, I would have not made some choices that I did, also after I lost my job of 11years, 6months later I was in the hospital and could have died. I truly don't know what to do I can't afford these payments any more.

Ever Private Card Service somehow got my checking account information and withdrew $49.95 with a fake check that had my name on it. The check number was 9999. On the fraudulent check it has a website for them as www.everprivatecardservice.com which is not a website anymore. When I first seen the charge I got onto the website and filed a complaint and was given a service ticket number and told someone would contact me. Never heard from them. The phone number listed is not a working number either. I've never even heard of this place then it just showed up on my bank statement. My bank cant help me with this either.

They charged my credit card 59.99 not once but twice causing my credit to be in the red. Does anyone know how to get your funds back?
