I ordered a pack of three bras at the end of July. Instead of one pack I ended up with two which I’m being charged for.
To try and return one pack has been a nightmare.
I’ve been sent around in circles. All I asked for was an address to send them back and get a refund. All in all, I think this company is scamming people.
Can you please advise, thank you, S. Clarke.

Desired outcome: Address to return unwanted item and a full refund.

I ordered 3 of their bras on June 15th, 2023, and I never received them. But I was charged for them. This company is a rip off. You pay for the products, never receive them and still get charged for items.

I'm a very unhappy customer!
