The company delivers food and recipes ready to prepare. I cancelled membership on Sept 19. I subsequently received another delivery from them so I checked the web site. It showed my membership as"inactive" and there was a message saying I would not be charged for the latest delivery. On Oct 3 I received another box. A check of the web site again showed the same thing.
Today I received a message from paypal showing an automatic payment of $45.33 went out today and another on Sept 29 in same amount all to Everyplate.
I first tried live chat where they professed not to understand the problem and on being repeated they changed the topic.
Next I tried a phone contact to someone who claimed he was customer service but I question this as he said he could make no changes. He confirmed my account was cancelled Sept 19 but said I had a second account still active. The only difference he found between the 2 accounts was in the email address. My email is janice. [protected]@gmail.com. The email on second account has no period between my first and last name. All I accomplished with him was to get the second account cancelled.
I have no reson nor wish for two accounts with them. One reason I cancelled was too much food.
