Evolve Salon review: Hair cut

I got a hair cut from Lulu at Evolve Salon 1211 2nd Ave, NYC 5 months ago at the beginning of summer. I have had to wear my hair in a bun ever since. It is the worst hair cut I have ever had in my life. I told her to cut 2 inches off and she nodded and nodded then proceeded to chop into my hair. I asked her to make clean cuts instead of chopping into it and she replied "it be straight". Huh? When she was done, I had 3"pieces on one side of my head. Literally 8" of hair gone on one side of my head with all of the hair under it gone completely. I literally have a "hole" under my left ear where there is no hair. The front of my hair was not cut at all so I have two long pieces in front, chopped up hair in the back and no hair past my ear on the left side of my head. When I called the owner, he said she is his best cutter! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!
