Ordered product Cluco-d online on 10/24/22. The deal was buy 3 bottles get 2 free at $39.99/bottle plus tax. My credit card was charged $199.95. On 11/15/22 I called the company because I had not received the product and I was unhappy with the charges. Rep said product was with shipper and I would be getting it "any day now". She said a refund could not be issued until I received the product and then called them to get a return number. I finally received the product 48 DAYS later and when I called the company I got the message that the number was no longer in service. I can no longer locate website. Shouldn't there be an oversight entity for over the counter pharmaceuticals?
