On Oct 31, I placed order #[protected] and was charged $179.97 on Nov 1. I called on Nov. 7 and was advised it was too soon for order. I called on Nov 27 on Sunday at 11:47 am about not receiving product. I spoke to Scott and was advised to call back on Dec 4. When I called back on Dec 4, I got no answer. It would ring and then disconnect. I still don't have product nor refund of my money.
Desired outcome: By email I got account canceled but still no refund. I want my money back!
