Higher management is very good here. But the middle management is the worst part of Exilant. People are leaving exilant because of its worst HR panel and project managers.
Some of them have come from INFY, and they behave like God. very funny;

This is interesting. I had a bad experience with Exilant too. I am in the US and was to subcontract through them to the client in the bay area. The Sales people from Exilant are very rude and not professional. Very bad experience. Will not do business with them in future.
Exilant's HR is the worse...headed by a lady called shweta mohanty who is very high headed and rude.Its amazing to see persons like shweta mohanty becoming HR head, she is not even capable of being HR asst but has such a high attitude but what the hell ..she is liked by the CEO Mr. Vasu so ...everything is fair in lo** and war...right and we know that there ain't any war happening here !

1. Founder members are in discussion with each other to shift BBSR DC to Bangalore.(Still under discussion)
2. Due to lack of responsibility and technical ability of some of the onsite guys(particularly, USA), Apple Inc is reconsidering most of the assignments.(Still exilant may get some trash work. )
3. For tech leads, It is double bonanza offer. Their wives(or any one relative), which are almost unemployable, get a job.
4. Exilant is following a new policy since two years. None is indispensible, not even the founder members.(3 left and still counting ...)
5. Exilant is in firing spree. if there is no project, it is firing people in the name of back ground verification OR poor performance. (may be less, but it is happening )
6. Directors know only the side of the truth which is shown to them by the managers.(most of them are non-technical managers). Some 3D feedback system was there for some time, then it bounced back on them. I hope they will recall that 3D feedback system after reading this.

yup this company is totally depdendent upon APPLE for their projects and they are going down now...an yes the AVP HR of Exilant Shweta Mohanty is no doubt un professional and rude person.
She is un experienced and too young to handle this position as many other senior level management people in exilant.
But guys there are "n" number of companied in india to work for...why EXILANT !
If you want to have secured future then leave this company and go somewhere else...
It does seem that most of the people here have an axe to grind with individuals.
Most, if not all have a negative attitude and a "holier that thou" attitude. It would be good, if all of us look ourselves in the mirror and introspect.
Get in with life and don't burn bridges.
For the recors, I am not from Exilant. I happened to browse this site for some reason and came across these posts. If you look around in this site, you will find only such negative vibes for most companies.

well has she become avp ? she use to work earlier in my previous company infinite and i can tell u that she got very bad name there also, because of all these she was asked to leave the company.
shweta mohanty is tempramental and arrogant person and more than work she would be on phone with her boy friend or may be boy friends.trust me no body in hr in infinite use to like her including the then our hr head mr. rajan.

Seems like the same person is writing slandering msges about Vasu, US sales, Shweta and other leadership. I work here, and am very happy. Maybe you were kicked out coz you were in the bottom 5% in performance. People like you suck.
As for HR, we know what HR systems were there 2 years back. So give her credit. If you performed bad, maybe you can join NIIT and learn some coding, or better, change track and go back to mining engg?

More than 40% of IT workforce in India is un-employable . Exilant don't tolerate such people & those only crying here. It is a very fast growing company & only deserving people can survive here. Even Steve Jobs was very tough Boss... and Exilant is working for Apple Inc, so you have to face the same HEAT ! If you survive -- you are shining otherwise you will die your own death. I have worked for many companies ...my personal experience says no company is perfect, one has to learn how to manage things. If you show good work & positive attitude nobody can harm you. Steve Jobs is the example & I do try to follow him.

Yes some managers are rude and they do n't know how to talk with employees. One manager Prabhakaran he thinks as he is the god in IT and he is the owner of Exilant technologies. He will schold u like anything if you will reply then it hurt him. He should know how to build relationship with gents employee, he only know how to build relationship with ladies . No one his team likes to work under him.
i agree with above statements.Manas nanda pm in bbsr is very rude.he believe himself as narayana murti.he is technically unfit for pm.i donot know how he become pm and his wife manisha pm.
Even managers (Giri) use the word F**K in meetings and keeps on threating of sacking.
As for as i know, Exilant was a good company, the top level management is also good. The managers who are in SIngapore Jurong East office were also so helpful and always maintain a good work culture, except one in Sales, who calls himself a AVP-Sales. I wanted to make note of a PM who came from India to work onsite in Exilant and deployed in client place. He has a worst mindset towards girls, and tries to make nasty comments about girls. He follows unethical work culture, like taking alcohol in work place. We were always afraid to work with him. He is not a techy guy, but wants to cover up all those by being so bossy, and ordering to do work. One day a girl fell unconscious as she was forced to work continuously for 3 long days inspite of knowing she is sick, and was rushed to emergency, and she even quit the job because of this guy, who made unwanted comments abt her, inspite of she being working very well. Friend of mine, who came from philippines also didnt extend her contract because of this Manager MM. But still I continue to work there, due to my personal commitments, but none of us working here, have a peaceful mindset.He doesn't even have a good communication skill, and always speaks in his indian language, which we ppl from Other parts of the world, wont understand. too worst.b. Managers like him should be fired and questioned.
exilant is worst company, they will not give joining dates for the freshers, if they give also they will give after 1 year. and the great thing about exilant is that after giving joining dates they even postpone is. if anyone works in exilant than he is great loser. its a sinking ship firing its employees. recently 70 people were fired from bbsr office.
Exilant is the worst company I have ever seen.Previously I have worked for 3 companies but I have never seen such a company.One of the manager maneesha don't know anything and behaves as if she knows everything.She makes others work for her and goes without working.The Apple Inc should immediately fire her and make her the sweeper of the road in front of Exilant as I think she is fit for it.

I never had any bad experience with Exilant Technologies.
So, there is not even a single chance of complaining about it here.
And shweta Mohanty mam, however strict may be, she is, it is because of her that the company gets good projects and is in its road to success 2day.

Yes I completely agree as I have gone thru the same problem... i got to begin my career in HR wid this wonderful lady and there started my life - screwed up... i literally had to suffer both my appraisals because i was recruited from a top referral (thou i cleared 3 rounds of stupid interview)! and unprofessional ism is completely high here... And yeah... Mrs Mohanty can neva exist / survive their without the help of her GOD-FRIEND! (sorry, its not fair to call him father for her).

The HR policies are worst with rude behaviour and when you leave certain client projects there is extra pressure put on you to work in a certain manner.
The work culture is not friendly at all and politics is very much played by the higher management and the project managers.They do not give any time and release you from the projects for no specific reasons.It is a career deadend.The whole company is dependent on just a handful of client, so the working here becomes risky.
