Express Vitals review: Merchandises not received but paid for

Hello, I'm writing about Express Vitals. I sent them $80 on August 15th, 2022 for a copy of my Father's birth certificate. I still haven't received it. I called them at [protected] twice and was given the run around. Now the website is down and says I'm not allowed access.

All I want is a refund and I was told no. I feel this is very unfair!
