Ken Bernard, the owner of Exterior Impressions, LLC came to my house, looked at my roof and gave me a quote to reroof the house. He came back with a contract, we both signed it, I gave him a cash deposit to lock in a start date and I never heard from him again. He refuses to reply to me or the Better Business Bureau or to return my deposit. It seems that I'm not the only person he has done this too. Buyer beware.

Ken was taken to small claims court, and ordered to pay restitution. One year later we are headed back to court because he failed to comply with the court order.

My family has used the same person to work on our house for 10 years. We tried Ken and ive never seen better work. He has the lowest prices in NH and his work is just wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone.
