I purchased this service but elected to fill out my request form on my computer as my cell phone screen is too small. Was never able to log in to complete the form as the website said it did not recognize my password. I tried several times to no avail. I then requested a password change, and I was provided a new password. I used the new password to get in and then I received an alert above the login area stating: "Your account has not been verified, please click the link in your verification email." I've been waiting for quite a long time for the verification process to complete so I can fill out their request form for my DD214.
Desired outcome: Either fix the problem or return my hard-earned money
