I ordered a handheld ultrasound machine to relieve pain after a surgical procedure. I ordered the product on May 9th and I still do not have the product. After many emails back and forth and a lack of concern shown by them over the past three weeks I decided to write this. I can truly say that this has been the WORST online purchasing experienced that I have ever had. Beware!
I wanted to return my EZ ultrasound and missed the deadline of 60 days by 3 days. They would hardly talk to me. Their system won't allow a refund to the credit card after the 60 days. I mentioned it's only 3 days. The person I talked to then said they have to receive it by the 60 day deadline. I kept getting it's their policy like the person was reading from a script...Gosh! 3 day give me a break...
They give a 60 day refund policy with no restocking fee? That is incredible, no one does that. It sound like you blew it, should have returned it sooner. They must not have many returns if they offer a 60 day policy.
Last year I purchased one of their ultrasound machines and it turned out very well. I was hesitant after seeing this review but I am so glad that I ordered it. It has really helped my plantar fasciitis and the company has been great to work with as I did have a couple of questions. I highly recommend them and their ultracure pro machine.
Why not try to buy GoRelief Muscleflix Pro? It is chepaer than EZULTRASOUND and I received the product within 3 days
I purchased one of the ezultrasound.com Ultracure pro plus machines last month and it arrived within 2 days. Their price is one of the best that I have found plus they have a 5 year warranty. I know that I am covered if anything happens. Your suggestion has a one year warranty. Why in the world would I want to spend more money for a substandard machine and a short warranty?
