Family Vision Center / Athens AL review: A refund of what I paid for the glasses $250

I went to family vision center a few months ago for my eye examine and glasses. I also wanted them tinted for sunglasses. I was told it would be a couple weeks before they were ready. It took about a month to come back and they were not tinted I paid $320.00 for them which was more than I ever paid before. She told me she would send them back to be tinted but didnt know how long it would take. I told her to just give my refund for the tint. I was given back $70. I have worn these glasses two times and the lenses are falling out and the frames have broken. I cannot ever get in touch with them. Their office says mon - friday from 8;00-5;00 and they dont answer when you call them.
