On 1/12/23, an order was placed on line to Fanatics for NFL Jersey, size M. It arrived so small and was returned by UPS return label [protected]) immediately and customer service has acknowledged it's return. I am to receive a full refund of $103.43 on my original payment by my credit card ending in 0610. They instead sent me an email with a (gift card) to use in which I do not want! I had already re-ordered and paid on another card and that was never told to me I would be receiving. I don't want more merchandise! I want my refund! Upon each call I am repeatedly told my refund is escalated and as of 2/24/23 I still have not received my refund! I am ready to contact the better business bureau. My husband and myself have been long long time customers of Fantactics but as of this and the way he has been treated, we will never use them. This was a surprise for me. I want him to get his money back they have the jersey. You have all the information you need and I will not contact customer service again. it is a waste of time, only a stall tactic.
