I placed an order with FanFiber in March, never received it. I know covid slowed down shipping but 5 months is a bit drastic. I was told to be patient when I emailed. Recently I received an email stating my order was being shipped back to it's originating address. The people at Fanfiber told me my address was incorrect, except the one they showed me they had on file was correct. My order confirmation email also had the correct address. The company just takes customers money and they never send out the merchandise. I was told they would refund my money. Its been over 2 wks & of course I have yet to see the money in my account.
