On the 24th April 3023 at 09.10am. I booked fortnightly cleaner.
The instructions were provided clean kitchen, bathroom, mop, hoover these are basic domestic cleaning duties, due the cleaner language barrier she could not speak I word of English.
This made it very difficult. The quality of service has gone down. As I was wasting quality time just explaining what to do. Her incompetent of understanding simple task like emptying out a full basin of hot water with liquid mix with bleach after watching me completing the task for the cleaner to wipe the work tops.
I was trying to tell her not to clean the freeze freezer but she didn't listen she said no twice.
She said she can only speak Italian I honestly can't remember the other languages. I asked her kindly to leave. I called fantastic but the staff appeared quite unhelpful. She called her manager and he agreed for her to leave.
Desired outcome: I would like to reschedule for the 5th May 2023 and compensation of an extra 1hr.A cleaner who speak fluent English
