I called the phone number that was posted by someone who had been scammed. They denied being BSS webgrant. They found our name as being members. I asked to be cancelled. They gave me a confirmation number for my cancellation. I asked for a refund. She was to connect me but I was disconnected. The girl I spoke to was foreign, speaking hard to understand English. I asked where they were located...she said Los Angeles. She gave me a website...www.fed-pack.com/kit
So far, no satisfaction. Wanted to get an address but will have to call back because ...don't know why...so frustrating, just wanted her to get me the refund dept. Fran in PA

fed-pack SCAM! I tried out there trial for $2.97 and canceled, 3 months later they billed me for $57.00. If you try calling to cancel you're sent to India where you can understand a dam word.. Just like the commercial of the Russian guy name peggy. Had to cancel my credit card. Now my Fico score went down because of it. DON"T BUY IT!

I was not happy with this program either, but I did go to: fed-pack.com/static/support and got on a live chat with a tech. She canceled my subscription and gave me a cancellation number. Hopefully this is legit. I will be watching my bank account.

Ordered advertised kit giving access to government grants with intention of returning to school. Advertisement was for a free kit or guide, consumer asked to pay only the shipping charges of $2.97. Upon receipt of user name and password, I attempted to access the website with no such luck. Well I guess that's a prime example of there being no such thing as a free lunch! I was ripped off just like everyone else who has fell for that ruse and like most, it was indeed the first time ever that I have ordered anything off the internet and will never do so again. I read one complaint where they are attempting to acquire even more monies fro the account of a consumer's debit card. Should I alert my service to stop payment, eventhough there is nothing on the card at this point? I would hate to be charged with any fees from my debit card service re: insufficient funds.

Ordered the kit off what I thought was a secured news sight. They got the $2.97 but didn't notice any other charges at this time. Tried to go into their website after getting username and password. Got a blank screen instead. Could have used the information on grants to help my son with college.
