I have been in the hospital for the last week just got out today May 6th in the morning I noticed money off my debit card from direct Express I'm on social security disability it turns out these people had let my sister's grandson he was 15 baby watching my place for me while I was in the hospital it will charges to my card with him they will not do anything all they said they would do is give two months extra free service for the charges they would not give the money back I said so you are offering a 15 year old child and it's 2 months to something he shouldn't even have a month to and that's all I could get out of them and they would not get refund my money at all I need my money to pay my bills the 15 year old is admitted to everything he did he had access to all my stuff while I was in the hospital I don't know what to do I need my money back they had no right to do that
