I bought violin from the website www.fiddlershop.com, but I was really upset with my purchase. I paid for my order about $550 as well as for shipment. My parcel arrived in damaged condition, and I contacted the customer services team. They told me that they couldn’t repair it, and also they refused to take back the broken violin and refund money. I wonder if someone had the same situation and can offer good solution. Thanks.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
This comment is fake. Made by someone trying to earn our SEO business. I own the business and insure any violin we ship. So if anything was damaged, it would have been taken care of. Also, we don't charge for shipping, which is stated in the text.
I strongly believe that the complaint is FAKE. They do not charge for shipping for their violins and they have the best 1 on 1 customer service, email or phone from mine and most others experience. This guy came here and play this game to hurt their reputation for joy, or for personal gain of some sort... I would follow up with the admit of this site to have this fake complain removed, or obtain his/her IP address to proceed legal action.(I have a good feeling he/she is a competition that is Jealous of their growth, or some bottom feeder wanting attention...)
I am a customer of the Fiddlershop and have dealt with the owners personally. Both Mike and his Dad are terrific. Nothing in that complaint rings true to me. When I have purchased from them, including a $1600 instrument they have always provided free shipping and the best prices I could find for the same products. Also I really appreciate their advice as they are experts in the business of violins, violas and associated accessories. It's a shame that someone would post such nonsense.
