Fin-All review: Metal roofing

My metal roofing has been installed on my roof for about 15 years now. All across the back of the rook and now over the front door the paint has been peeling. At first I thought it was just bird poop but every year it got worse.

I have tried contacting Fin-all a couple times now and nobody seems to be concerned and says its just cosmetic. My roof now looks terrible and I have no idea who to help me get it fixed. this is very frustrating. Unless Fin-all can stand behind there product I highly recommend to stay away from this roofing.
