My boyfirend got a loan through this company. Their rates are very high. They lost 7 different payments of his. So, he decided that he would make a complaint and stop paying til they find the other payments. The never did. When it was ime for his payment again, they came out to our house and demanded a payment. The branch manager was the one who came out. I told her that I could not give her money or write a check. He has a checking account and I am not on it. So, she wanted me to write a bad check to her. She wanted me to write a check on a closed acount, forge his signature, and then give it to her for payment. I told her to leave. They filed a judgement against him and me. We are not even married. In Louisiana, there's no such thing as common law. On the papers they had my name with his last name. Plus, I am not on the account at all. This company has a website but no number to the home office. Just a way to email questions. This company is a crappy company. I worked for a Loan company for almost 10 years and I kn ow the laws. What these people do their business is illegal. If we could afford an attorney, we would be able to pay the month that is owed, but they know that people like us can't afford an attorney so they can do whatever they want. You would think Louisiana State would see that they can not just put anyone on the judgement if no signature of that person is on the loan. But they can get away with it by saying I'm a spousal suuport. WE ARE NOT MARRIED [censored]ES! If anyone who reads this has the same issue or can give advice, please do so. I greatly appreciate it.

I noticed that when a made a spare payment for May 2015 in the office no date appears on the receipt. I guess that is so they can fail to post payments more readily. Pictures are readily available upon request.

They lied about my interest rate, it was higher than what they told me. They constantly call and text behind ONE missed payment. They email too and make their threats to garnish your check, it just goes on and on. I'm sure all of these bogus scare tactics are illegal. They're so unprofessional, especially when you go inside. I'm so sick of them and once they're paid off they better never call me again with "great news". I'll never deal with them again.

I made a double payment of 550, my payment amount is 27. I was not due until 11/17. I made the payment in September and they only applied 2.59 to principal. Ed Finnigan, Dothan, AL branch mgr is very dishonest, Has not corrected error yet.

The most harassing company I have ever dealt with. They have repetitively called my place of work as well as my cell. If you look at a payment history, you could obviously tell when payments are received. Have some common sense.
They are also scammers, I can't wait for a class action lawsuit to open up so I can get some sort of refund for their high interest rates.. lets just say you borrow $500, well guess what- you paying back about $5000... seriously! They will scam you! Please be weary of them, I suggest checkintocash.com or cashnetusa.com for your small loans! You can thank me later!
