HI! I ordered a steam flat iron online from this company April 27, 2023. I received the item May 16. I tried it and realized that the flat iron wasn't different than the one I already had so June 5th I requested a return for a refund. I received an email saying "We’re so sorry but you’re past the amount of time we accept returns!" First, there is no mention of a delay for the return of products except for wigs. Secondly, I had just received the item. I sent back an email showing that I had just received the item. I received an email saying:

Since I do not wear wigs and also I really do not want to buy anymore products there, I informed them that a store credit would not be useful.
No news since then even if I send a message, no response. I tried sending a message to l'Oreal directly, but no response from them neither.
Desired outcome: I appreciate a full refund and an apology. Also, there should be something on their website mentioning the return policy for all products.
