This company promised my sim card to be delivered to my house within two weeks of me accepting their terms. four months later i still haven't seem or heard from them and they took money out of my account for services they did not deliver!

I am furious!

My wife cancelled the contract with Flexi Cell ages ago, but we noticed this morning that Flexi Cell is still deducting money from her account every month as per bank statement we requested. This is daylight robbery when deductions are being made with no service delivery. Please advise what's the next step to take as all this money deducted must be refunded. Please revert urgently. Flexi Cell deduct on my bank account on the 25th of every month, but they delay to provide airtime. This is the really horrible service and I'm thinking of cancelling this contract with them. my contract number is [protected]

It has been five days ago since my first complain and I haven't heard anything from you. An amount of R119.00 is going off my account everymonth since November last year.

I still haven't received any sim card from you, which means I have received no airtime. I have paid almost R 1200.00 by now and still received nothing from you.

I cant even remember my contract number with flexicell, i called them and sent a number of emails to cancell my contract but i have just noticed that they started to debit money from my account again.It's disgusting and a daylight robbery.please help.

Flexicell has debited R119 x 2 = R238 BBD368315X008296239 and BBD368318X008296227 from my account without my knowledge and that is fraud! It's even worse because they have implicated my good credit record with ABSA since I was expecting Virgin Active debit transaction, which was returned the following without being paid. Please I need this refund as soon as possible or I'll resort to legal action. [protected]

What i cant understand is that ive cancelled my subscription with flexicell 4 months ago and they still deducting a R119.00 (for a sim card which i still use and never recieved any airtime since they have split with vodacom) from my bank account who is not doing there work in that call centre im trying to phone but keeps on putting on hold, who is taking my money and im so looking forward to hear what they have to say.

Messages were sent to me that Vodacom had cancelled their contract with flexicell and nolonger forms part of flexicell therefore the subcriptions had been cancelled, to my suprise after a year flexicell has strated debiting my account amount of 2x119= R 238. What's happening?

flexicell advised me early this year that their contract with vodacom was being terminated but still a debit order of R119 goes off from my account every month for no service.

My cell account with Vodacom was canceled by Flexicell as they lost their contract with Vodacom. But they are still deducting money from my account. To get hold of them is a nightmare. THEY SUCK!

To all angry furious frustrated and just tired of struggling flexicell customers
I am tired of struggling with flexicell, and i need your help so we can expose them and get even with them.
They are commiting fraud, and we must stop it.
Please leave a email so i could gather enough unsatisfied customers, so i can expose flexicell

Flexi cell has been debiting my monthly accounts for a sim card that has expired. I enjoyed their service for 6 months and after six months it was expired and i was told if i need to reinstate my contract i can do so . I did not as i did not want their service and neither had the sim as my phone was lost by then. I just realised that they are still debiting my account after they have told me they will not debit my account again. This is disguisting.

I joined flexi cell in 2006 and they paid my airtime after almost a year which was insufitient they never payed me anything since then until today.

My wife subscribed to flexicell for both of us. we only recieveid the airtime for 3 months and then nothing from there. we tried to complain from them and nothing happened. she then cancelled the service. To my amazement, flexicell still debit her account evry month. She then approached the bank to stop. The bank said they can only stop for 3 months. Flexicell still debitting my wife's account till today. We will take legal actions as well regading this fraudsters.

I am Mrs R M Ntini i wrote my compaint on 23 July 2013.The following i got a call from one of the employees from flexicell.I needed a refund from 2006 to date.Unfortunately i got a refund from May and June 2013.I call them again and explained that they deducted my money after my contract finish in the year 2006.To my suprise i got two thousand and couple rands i really do not know what method did they use to reach that amount.I spoke to Leole i really do not what is she thinking of me .I am not an illeterate person i know what i am talking about.Just because i told her that i got a statement from 2006 which shows the were deducting she took the advantage of paying the amount the payed.I am waiting for my refund in all.

Hi I just discovered that there was money deducted from my account I thot is was interest for the credit card so I went to Absa to ask why they deduct money on the 13 of every months.so that's when I find out its flexicell deducting my money without my consent since I don't have contract with them.pls I need to be refunded my money because that is a fraud.kindly assist me
