Floofy Pets review: Pet carrier pooch pack 1

I ordered 2 pooch packs online on May 26 2020 from www.floofypets.com but never got a confirmation email, I only have a screen shot with the order number (#5054) and details. The products never arrived.
I emailed them on June 18 got a reply from this email address [protected]@floofypets.zendesk.com stating that my request was being reviewed by their support staff. Never heard of them.
Now the website is no longer available. This has to be a scam of some sort.
