Florida food stamp unresponsive caseworker. Panama city, Florida (Bay county) review: Caseworker totally unresponsive

I needed to fill out a renewal for my EBT benefits by July 15th, because of circumstances I couldn't control I was not able to do that until July 21st, I am blind so I had to wait until I had someone available to fill the form out for me, which is why I was late filling it out. I heard absolutely nothing from the department until August the 18th when I received a letter saying I had until August 22nd to do a phone interview with my worker Kent Humphrey. I have called every single weekday and left messages at the number he provided and have still heard nothing as of today September 19th 2022. I even sent text messages hoping they would go through the text to voicemail option my phone company has. I have never talked to anybody I have my phone records that show how many times I have called them and absolutely no incoming calls to me, I checked the website every single day and it always said technical verification needed. I am on SSI because I am blind so therefore I can't drive to go to a food bank or soup kitchen or anything and I have received no benefits since July. I desperately need help and don't know what else to do.
