The above was installed on Apr. 26. 2022. The Inspection failed due to the Product listed for the Door and lockset. Last week the Master bedroom window sill the cement came apart and we sent them the picture but they have ignored us. There is water seeping in and IF mold settles in, remediation will be required.

We have filed a complaint with the DBPR but there has been no response from The Dept.

Desired outcome: The door - Lockset- Picture window cover and the Master Bedroom Impact window be installed according to the Permit.

All Year Cooling has installed a Trane AC in my Condo from May 16. 2022 we have called them 6 times and today at 8.10 pm we are still waiting for a person to attend to the problem. Only warm air blowing out from the ducts. There is no way of getting in touch with the Owner. This is the 3rd unit we are installing. I have been informed by the supervisor at 5pm. If I do not make the Finance payments my Credit Score will be effected?

I am unable to put the Video of the problem as it is air.
