I purchased an electric bike through a crowdfunding at Indiegogo on June 8,2020.
After 2 years to the day, I have regularly checked my emails to follow FLX’s monthly updates which I last received on march 2022. On January 15,2022
I even received an « ACTION REQUIRED » -« VAT required to release your FLX Bike, which I paid for. So, after these long years of patience, bike trips planning and forced cancellations, I was to get my bike!
Unfortunately, after 3 months of never hearing from FLX’s updates anymore, I had to send up to 4 mails to that company to receive a feedback only today from the « support » service: the purchase I made « …due to inventory discrepancies with our fulfilment centres in Europe, we don not have your selected model. We will be refunding not only your bike payment but also the VAT payment. »

They also ask for my PayPal account to get the refund, but I am no longer on Paypal.
Of course I have no choice to accept to get a refund and I am sending them all the documents, also in copy for you but I can’t be paid back through paypal and plan to send them my bank account Iban
PLEASE find attached all the documents.
I would like to make a complaint for this. How can you help me?
