I ordered an item from FOCO on December 15, 2022 and was told 3 to 7 business days to receive item ordered. It is now January 5, 2023 and I have yet to receive my order. I have attempted to contact them via email, Facebook, and phone and I am either disregarded, provided some standard Facebook message, or sent to voicemail without any return call. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but that has long passed.
The ticket number provided by FOCO is 65419.
