Ranger XLT draining battery while standing since last year April, until today they can't fix it. But they keep changing parts and making you pay. Car under warranty, manager lies about claiming and your claim being rejected. Meanwhile they didn't. Don't even know what battery goes into the XLT. They have been trying to fix since last year, and I have bought 3 batteries in one year. The manager lies about everything. The service advisor will tell a different story and the manager and service foreman a different story. It's been a total of more than 4 months without my car, that I'm paying for and still under warranty. But I'm always told to pay. The customer case manager in Ford SA is also not competent by the name of Luandi Pienaars. I paid 4 installments and insurance and tracker for a car they can't fix. Everytime they try something else is broken
Desired outcome: Car fixed or replaced since everytime they work on it, it comes back with something else faulty.
