An officially recognized parcel collection service was sent to collect an order from Foschini Mall of Africa. I politely engaged with the store upon the driver's arrival. The lady in blue jeans & white shirt with short hair (as described by the driver) agreed to provide the email address where the required documentation could be sent.
Thereafter; the lady carried on with her business; she chased & humiliated the driver without providing the email address. My attempts to reach the lady/ colleagues were futile. The driver attempted to seek assistance from different staff members with no assistance. This is someone's father; brother; member of society, and I want you to know that this behavior is psychologically abusive. The driver said he was made to feel stupid & treated like a fool. I wish there were appropriate words to express how this abusive behavior impacted me - I feel sick!
I cannot believe that this is what represents best life & remarkable service
Desired outcome: Bring back the driver's dignity. Undo the abuse that you put us through today
