On 12/3/24 i subscribed $23.49 for a 1 year subscription. On 12/18/24 you charged me $7.99
You doubled billed me for December, 2023
Please correct and refund my account.
I also would like to complain about the fact that I have to email you and cannot make a telephone. This is a huge inconvenience. Filing this complaint took a great deal of time and effort!
