Yesterday, I had a long chat with a gentlemen by the name of Jose, about

being overcharged for my old subscription.

In April 2023 Tucker Carlson was fired. As soon as I heard that

on 4-13-23, I canceled my fox subscription. I received a cancellation

receipt,which I have attached at the top of this document.

On11/21/23, I received a Fox offer for $2.49 a month for one year. I ordered it on

11/21/23. On 11/22/23 I was charged the $34.00 for the new subscription.

Yesterday, I was checking my charge account statement and saw where I was

charged $73.87 for the canceled subscription. I spoke with “JOSE” at fox and he told me I needed the cancellation acknowledgment to receive the refund.

ATTACHED AT THE TOP OF THIS DOCUMENT IS A COPY OF THAT CANCELLATION NOTICE.

Please advise when I can expect to receive the refund of $73.87.

The last 4 digits of the card I used is 2206.
