Burford showed up trimmed one tree trunk down below the cable phone line.
leaving the tree with large branches go out the side of the main trunk thats remaining leaving the tree to be a safety issue.
They dropped branches smashing bushes and breaking 4x4 fence posts
My wife called FPL and complained was given excuses but the did contact someone from Buford he showed up gave excessive excuse's told us he would be back with a horticultural rep from FPL to inspect the tree now just getting more excuses and no shows

Desired outcome: by FPL standards the tree should be completely removed and the damage to the fench should be repaired by them and the damaged bushes dug up and replaced by them
