As you have heard, Michael Scarpaci has fled to Easthills Chevrolet after committing MAJOR fraud at Major Chevrolet. Robbing hundreds of innocent customers... Just Google "Michael Scarpaci Blogs" and read some of what this criminal has done... As of today he is still getting away with. Fraudbusters Inc., an organization of people helping people, is now compiling a list of every customer michael Scarpaci has had contact with over the past 5 years, and we are forwarding them information with hopes of encouraging a class action suite against him, Easthills Chevrolet and whoever else stood by and condoned this criminals activities. We are also bringing to General Motors, and General Motors Acceptance Corp, every scam this criminal has run. Phony applications, phony income, phony jobs, phony vehicles, phony documents of all sorts, all of this was just to insure that the innocent customer would be ripped off beyond belief. these customers today either have already lost their vehicles or are losing them as we speak. Millions of dollars will be and have been lost by the lenders, with the largest losses being dealt to General Motors Acceptance Corp (GMAC).
We will not stop posting messages, We will not stop complaining, until we are sure that the criminal actions of this individual stop for good.
NY AUTO BUYERS BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM EASTHILLS CHEVROLET

We baught a car from Mike Scarpaci, Someone from General Motors called us and asked to review our loan. Anyway, as they suspected, all of our contracts where forged, and not signed by my husband or myself. And, to make it worse. they lender thaught we were buying a Chevy Tahoe, when we really baught a MALIBU!
We (my husband and I) always wondered how it was possible we were paying 687.09 a month for a malibu, he really got us good! We made a mistake we will never make again, we trusted a crook!
We are cooperating with the investigators from the banks attorneys office. They are definetly going to nail this guy Scarpaci, They have like 500 different cases to investigate, he robbed lots of people, he should be in jail.

wow! some one is at it again, more lies and then some more lies. where are these bank attorneys? where is the district attorney and the attorney general? where is the labor department? who is making all these false allegations against an honest, honorable hard working family man, and hiding behind the annonymity of the internet? a coward no doubt but unlike the coward that was the wizard of oz and was revealed and made for the fake that he was in front of all the munchkins, this coward when revealed won't be able to hide behind anything...especially not the bankruptcy laws and definitely not behind class action law suits that would be sure to follow on a number of levels. because the more they write, the more they will be tracked, and the sooner they will be made to pay, and pay they will! East Hills is lucky to have such an honorable man in their orginization, and the company is growing with hard work and integrity while michael's previous employer is coming apart at the seams. just look at the numbers, just look at how many former associates have made the move to join michael at his new place of employment and left an orginization who's numbers get worse and worse each month! numbers will never lie, yet people will. once again jealousy has reared it's ugly head but it will be to no avail, it will have no adverse consequences on michael scarpaci but the author of these articles will be left with a life of emptiness and anger and they will wilt away like sick flower in winter. better for them to contact michael and apologize for the wrong they did him, ask for his forgiveness and move on with their lives in the hopes of making peace with their maker. if not, that's ok too, we know who they are, and the glass houses they are living in are very vulnerable to the elements.

WOW, I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS. I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT I WAS READING ON MICHEAL SCARPACI, TALKING ABOUT A FAMILY MAN AND A GOOD WORKER. FROM FIRST HAND I KNOW THAT EVERYTHING THEY ARE SAYING ARE FAULTS. THIS MAN WORK SO HARD FOR MAJOR WORLD IT SO SAD THAT MAJOR WOULD LOWER THEMSELF TO ACCUSE THIS MAN OF WRONG DOING. WHAT MAJOR WORLD WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT HE GOT TIRED OF WORKING FOR THEM. THEY WOULDN'T GIVE HIM WHAT HE WAS WORTH. THAT WHY HE LEFT THE JOB. THEY EVEN BEGGED FOR HIM TO STAY BUT HE REFUSE BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF APPRECIATION IN THEIR PART. SO HE MOVED ON AND WENT TO ANOTHER DEALER WHO WOULD. THEY SAW THAT HE WAS MAKING HIS NEW BOSS RICHER AND THEY WERE LOSING CUSTOMERS BECAUSE HE LEFT. SO THEY WANT TO BLEMISH HIS CHARACTER. SO NOW THEY ARE SPRENDING FAULTS RUMORS ON HIM. WHO EVER IS DOING THIS SHOULD FACE HIM AND BE SUIT FOR IT. JUST REMEMBER GOD DOESN'T LIKE UGLY. ALSO SEE HOW MANY OF HIS COWORKERS OF MAJOR WORLD LEFT WITH HIM, DO YOU WONDER WHY? WORKERS GO WHERE THE ARE TREATED FAIR AND PAID THEIR WORTH.

I use to work with Mike Scarpaci & I can say this son of a [censor] is a real jerk off! He is full of tricks I tell ya. He makes you believe he is such a great person and is trying to help you when in reality he doesn't give a damn. He did a lease for me being a employee of his and [censor]ed me over big time charging me double the amount & it's not like I had bad credit i had a 780 credit score, so he gave me this bogus story which i bought because i didn't think he would do that 2 me & come to find out he got a nice comission check off of me. All I can say is he may come at you with this tough guy, straight foward attitude please it's all [censor] all he cares about is himself and is just money hungry. Why do you think he's involved in that crap now? If he was such a good man & so positive he wouldn't be in the mess he's in.

Avoid the evil lying [censor] [censor]s at East Hills Chevy in NY like the plague! They love to use the term "Full Disclosure", but never actually practice it. I drove with my wife and young son round trip 4 hours to see a vehicle that was "available". After 2 hours with John Curlander, including test drive and full functional testing the fool informs me that the vehicle has a deposit on it. I nearly strangled him at this point.

So, I decide to put a 2nd deposit because the 1st guy's "financing doesn't look good" he and his idiot partner Brian Kay proclaim. During the paperwork process I explain to John that I will be paying cash. He convinces me to fill out the financing just in case I want to do part of it. The ever so helpful Brian Kay makes copies of the documents and returns them for my signature. I immediately notice a red rubber stamped box that says "Must obtain dealer financing to get this price". I question this and Brian tells me that this is only way they can do these low prices because the bank gives them kickbacks. I then ask what the minimum amount is that I would have to finance, to which he replies $7500 and we won't know the rate unit we get it back from the bank. That is the end my 1st contact with these wonderful human beings and we leave for the long drive home where we arrive after midnight.

The next day I get a call on my voice mail from John exclaiming "Great News the 1st deal fell thru and the vehicle is yours! We need you to get your insurance and proof of ID and we'd like to get you in the vehicle tomorrow."

He was so anxious he called me back another 35 minutes later and left another joyful message. I had been in a meeting and called him back when it was over and said I need to know the financing rate before I agree. John goes into this long convoluted explanation of why he can't give me the rate, they don't allow him... I explain that I don't care who gives it to me I need the rate. He puts me in touch with another [censored] named Scott. This guy claims he can't give me rates over the phone because of privacy laws, blah, blah, blah... I refinanced my house and they did it so why not. He says all I can tell you is that it is VERY aggressive, well below 5%. He then informs me that I need to finance around $20K. I then said Brian told me $7500. He puts me on hold to talk to Brian. When he comes back he says no Brian was mistaken it is actually 30K that must be financed. I then tell Scott the deal is off and hang up. I with this was the end, but it wasn't.

Ten minutes later the 3 stooges (sorry for the insult Moe, Larry & Curly) call back with a new proposition. I can finance 25K at 4.99% or buy a $3500 extended warranty and get 3%. I explain that 4.99% is really not "well below" 5%. At this point Scott get huffy and says "OK, you don't have to finance any of it, we'll sell it to you for the original deal." I say OK and he gives me a final price that adds in about $800 dealer prep and other hidden fees. I am given 48 hours to come pick it up.

The ball goes back to stooge#1 John and he informs me that I need to get insurance, a bank check and 6 forms of ID because I am buying in NY from out of state. That night I get the insurance and call him back at 7:30PM. The following day I get the bank check and ID's. Since I didn't have a passport I went and paid $165 to get an expedited one. After I completed this I called him to find out when I could pick up the vehicle. I was then put on hold for a lengthy period, when John returned to announce that the 1st buyer had come up with financing and they sold it to him. I will not repeat the profanities that followed, but believe me they did.

These individuals put us through the ringer and then justified what they did as being OK in their selfish peabrains. My son was so tired the next day he fell asleep in school and I spent several hundred dollars in gas, tolls, passport and other items. These people are EXACTLY why used car dealers are perceived to be liars and cheats. The perception is reality in this case. Hopefully I can divert at least one and hopefully more seekers from being scammed by East Hills Chevrolet.

I agree that they are one of the worst dealers I have ever associated with, and hope other people will be very aware when entering that lot. I still have not heard from Mike Lipari the finance manager who "promised and swore", he would call me yesterday.
