They use the "bait & switch" method. I called in received a quote and I was billed something entirely different. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would contact me and no one called. I would not recommend this business and would highly recommend using your local pharmacy. They apparently can charge close to nothing if you are a "cash" buyer but if you have insurance they will gouge you. Buyer beware with this business!

This pharmacy is awful and I definitely agree with the complaint above. My experience was they claimed my insurance did not cover my medication so they charged me the full amount. When I called my insurance company about the medication to see why it wasn't covered I was told that it WAS covered. I called Freedom back and they would not reimburse me the money. They said I had to go through my insurance company for it. Definitely do not use this pharmacy unless you want to jump through many, many hoops.
A similar situation happened to me lately. They shipped me some wrong medication and some has very close expiration date. Those are a month supply and they expect me to use them up in a week before they expire. i have been calling them for over 10 times, the problem's still not been solved. It seems they don't want me to reture those med., so just ignore me. When I call, they always said that someone would call you back, but they never did. i have to keep calling them. My problem has been for 2 weeks already. They are just horrible.
Has anyone tried explaining this to the doctors or office who are recommending Freedom Pharmacy? I am new to all this and now very sceptical at this moment!
I agree to the above comments. They are just awful. I ordered medicines twice and both the times they didn't ship in time. I had to rush to local fertility pharmacy. Luckily the local pharmacy had them otherwise my IVF cycle would have been wasted. don't go with freedom fertility if you want to have peace of mind.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I NEEDED THE MEDICATION TODAY. I OFFERED A CREDIT CARD TO THE WOMAN WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER TWO DAYS AGO. I EMPHASIZED THE IMPORTANCE OF RECEIVING THE MEDICATIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THAT WAS 2 DAYS AGO, TODAY I GET THIS E-MAIL...NO CALL, I LEFT MY CELL PHONE NUMBER SHOULD IT BE NEEDED FOR PROBLEMS WITH THIS ORDER BUT RECEIVED NO CALL. THIS IS THE MEDICATION FOR MY 3RD CYCLE. YOU HAVE MANAGED TO SCREW UP THE VERY SIMPLE MEDICATIONS FOR EACH OF THE 3 CYCLES. I AM SPEAKING TO MY DOCTOR ABOUT USING A COMPETENT PHARMACY IN THE FUTURE.
I WILL MAKE SURE TO SHARE ON YELP AND OTHER FERTILITY BLOG SITES. HOW IN THE 3 MONTHS I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO HAVE PERSCRIPTIONS FILLED WITH YOUR COMPANY. THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM EACH TIME. THE FIRST TIME YOU CHARGED MY INSURANCE FOR THE FULL COST, CHARGED ME FOR THE FULL COST AND THEN DID NOT FILL THE PERSCRIPTION SO I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR THE MEDICATION AT MY LOCAL WALGREENS. EACH OF THE 3 METHODS OF PAYMENT WERE A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND I WAS CHARGED 3 TIMES. THEN IT ONLY TOOK YOU LIKE 60 DAYS TO REFUND THE MONEY YOU DOUBLE CHARGED ME IN THE FIRST PLACE.
This company is awful. They price gouge people with insurance. My first order of Gonal F was $160 out of pocket, the next month when they used my insurance I was told my deductible was 50% and they charged me $742 for the same prescription. When I asked what the cost for the medication was without insurance they told me it is $962. When I asked why I was being charged nearly 80% when my deductible was 50% they told me that the agreement with my insurance company is that they charge $1600. I wish I had another option then to use this badly managed pharmacy, but I am stuck with them for now.
