I decided to order from this new and small business because their product was seemingly nice. After placing my order and paying for multiple products (labeled as swimsuits), I was told that one of the items was no longer in stock so I would have to choose something else. Nothing else piqued my interest, but I still chose something else (even though it cost less than what I paid for and I wasn't offered a refund for the difference). When I received my order I was very disappointed as it looked nothing like what I ordered. It was a completely different color and the two items I ordered, even though they were both a size small were actually two completely different sizes! I contacted the owner who was very frustrated and defensive and irate and only suggestion was to return both items for a full refund minus the express shipping I had paid for (they were bought for a special occasion and one was a gift). I decided to keep the items, but not to order from the company again as the customer service was obviously horrible. The items turned out to be very low quality as when I went in the water with it on, the colors/fabric started to run. To make matters worst, the owner of the company has been using my personal pictures in the product to market and advertise his brand without my consent and despite my protests. I wasn't going to file a complaint and take it as a lesson learned, but that was the final straw. Beware of buying from this company and beware of supporting up and coming "designers" who do Not respect the consumer!

"Beware" of people like "LoveAnne" filing fake reviews because they are either the owner or affiliated with the company. And if you did indeed happen to have a great experience - good for you - But DO NOT accuse me of slander. I shared MY experience. The next time you or someone accuses me of "slander", I'm going to take it a step further and contact the Better Business Bereau. I respect your opinion (be it true or not), you need to respect mine. I have/had no reason to lie about the HORRIBLE experience I had.

"Cara", people have too much time on their hands but yet you came here to complain about someone else's experience, report Your Own bad experience and then say you liked the product - all in one. LMAO! Of course someone who can't compose a coherent and grammatically correct statement would find excuses for a business to not only disrespect people who are helping to keep them in business, but can't even properly communicate with customers. As a matter of fact, "Franko" and "Cara" sound like the same person. To the people posting about your negative experience like mine, I hope things worked out and I'm sure smart potential consumers will appreciate your thoughts and HONESTY.

I received excellent service from them and product I love and still wear daily. Beware of people trying to slander up and coming designers!

Do you have the owners info. They took money out of my account for a product but never shipped my payment, i have receipts and a bank statement. They blocked me on instagram! etc.

I ordered on July 12th & was charged the same day. On July 29th I emailed them bc I didnt receive any updates on my order. no response. On August 3rd I direct messaged them on instagram (@frnmy.us) & they read my message but didnt reply. On August 12th I messaged them again on instagram & they told me to resend my email. I asked why they couldnt just send me my information & they ignored me. On August 18th I emailed again & they replied saying theyre busy & theyll have my order to me by next weekend. on august 29th i told them "send me my order or a refund" & they said "this thursday!" & i asked for a discount or free item since it took so long. they ignored me. on September 3rd i threatened to turn it into a paypal dispute & they replied saying they were having difficulties with moving & that they'd send it. Eventually I started harassing them on IG & my comments were deleted & I was blocked. I then started a paypal dispute & escalated to a claim. I started harassing on twitter too, spreading awareness abt the company. I was also blocked on there. They found a way to cancel my paypal claim. I reported them to better business bureau & other government sites. I tweeted them & paypal asking why was my claim canceled when the company is clearly a scam. I was THEN sent my refund.

I placed an order with this company on July 20th, 2015. I saw where multiple times on the site and on my receipt it said it'll take 2-4 weeks to receive your items. After giving it a month I sent the owner (Marcellus Gray...I believe) an email asking when will my item ship...no reply. After about a week or so I reached out to the company via their Instagram page. Someone messaged me back and said send another email. So I did...I was then told the company was in the process of moving and orders were behind!? September rolls around still no tracking or anything. I then send another email and it read "hi hun I have your order here, I'll be shipping it as soon as I'm done..I can't wait to see you in it" So here we are it's October and I still have nothing. I've sent a total of four emails this month alone and I've received no reply. I sent another message and post via instagram and I was blocked! I've began the process of filling my dispute via paypal. It's really sad that this is the manner in which this company handles their business. I find it sad and mind boggling that small businesses want our support but they can't handle themselves in a business like manner. Buyers Beware!

Y'all people got too much time on your hands when Paypal will issue you a refund be smart. I was and even when I had to do a dispute they got me my items plus told me I can have a promo code whenever. I only waited 2-3 days after their posted ship time until I got my tracking. I was hot at first, but I do understand hand made + having a ton of orders. The guy black power sounds annoying that's probably why uou were blocked!

Do not buy from this company. I waited 7 weeks for a product they said would take 3 weeks. When I filed a paypal claim, after having my emails ignored, the owner I'm guessing replied "you'll get a refund. We will continue to deliver quality products at our own pace." Saddest customer service response ever. Currently waiting on a refund

Overall nice experience after a few emails, they did return my email. I received product I thought I wouldn't get. The thing is the guys over there get a lot of orders from what was told to me.

I ordered from them June 29, 2018. After a month, I emailed them since I've been waiting for a notification for them to ship my items and I still never received a notification. Long story short, many months went by and I've contacted them through email and Instagram multiple times wondering if I'll ever receive my items and get the shipping notification but I never did. It was already close to Christmas and I still never received just the shipping notification. I kept track that after purchasing an item you'll have 180 days from Paypal to file a dispute so when it came close to my 180 days still not receiving a notification for shipping, I filed a dispute 2 days before my 180 days was up. I kept things pretty civil so there wasn't any rude interaction from the person running the business but I pretty much just asked for a refund through Paypal seeing how I waited nearly almost 6 months just for a shipping notification. Usually they wait 10 days for a response from the owner on how to handle the dispute but since the owner didn't respond, Paypal was in favor of me (the buyer) so they refunded my money. Just waiting for it to show up on my account. I've never experienced this terrible of a wait for buying items online since I buy many things online... But I will probably never buy from this company again. I thought I was very patient in receiving these 2 items but I don't think it's worth it if they aren't true to the fine print of 2 to 4 weeks (I waited almost half a year for my items to just receive a shipping notification). Their business is from Miami, FL but their explanation for the delay was they were moving the business to L.A. in California. Maybe they're lacking man power which could be a possibility of why they couldn't expedite their products in a timely fashion. I would just beware from buying from them. More power to those who successfully received their purchased items. I unfortunately did not receive mine and opted for a refund instead.

This disgusting company is still scamming people in 2022/2023. I placed an order in November 2022, after waiting 2 months for my order I reached out in February 2023 to be told that my order is being handmade and will be fulfilled soon. 2 more weeks, I was told it would be shipped the following week and to be patient. Another 3 weeks went passed and I reached out again, only to be ignored, left on read, and eventually blocked when I called the company out. Do NOT buy from this [censored]ty [censored] company!
