Wrong items shipped, wrong item in box, items charged but not shipped, refunds taking 35 to 40 days, rude "custmer service people". Problems not handled.All these problems were over multiple orders. Have stopped buying from them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Most of what they sell is junk and their shipping charges are completely ridiculous 7oz cost me $14.10 I checked and could have shipped the same 7oz back to them for $3.48 USPS. They will rip you off!
If it sounds too good to be true ?...ALL of what they sell is junk and you will be lucky to even receive all the junk you paid for. These clowns are headed to Federal prison and deserve to rot there. They can't pay EVERYBODY off.
Got three knives from cc and I had no problem with them the knives are nice I got comments on them how nice they were and I'm a landscaper use the hell out of them no problem with them keep their sharpness to I don't care if their from china mostly everything u by is from china anyway
I ordered a bulk of knives called monster blades. it came 190knives.in the set was a 10 piece of steak knives. they are chef deluxe knives made and stamped china. they are worthless flimsy knives. also a 21 piece kitchen cutlery set. they are also no good. cant even resale them.
