Fuckbook review: Deduction after membership cancellation

After canceling my membership on this site they still deduct membership fee for what reason? My account has already been deactivated yet they deduct from my account why? This isn't good enough as it can damage their image in the outside world and can attract legal action because that is being put under consideration already. There should be some sort of explanation I guess
