I ordered once but did not like the product and they send me and charged an additional order. I never agreed to sign up for a subscription. I want to cancel and not have anymore product sent, as well as my money back.

I have called several times, but apparently the number doesn't exist.

Desired outcome: Cancel order, and refund.
