Furniture Mart review: Worst service and hopeless delivery

FurnitureMart.sg is a highly irresponsible company. It's almost 6 PM here on a Saturday and have yet to see the delivery of my order. A few days back, Their guys called me to set up a time slot of 11am - 3pm while the order indicated 10am - 2pm on Saturday. Then at 3pm, a lady called to inform me that the delivery is coming from 4-6pm which I indicated I have made plans and she should check and call me back if the delivery could be managed by 4pm. No reply was follow through.

I have called BOTH sales and delivery contact number below since 10am, trying to confirm the delivery and no reply and pick up. At 6pm, I finally got a call from TAN (delivery) that he could only deliver at 930-10pm on a Saturday night. I am so frustrated that I am canceling or rejecting the order.

This is atrocious!
