Furryland review: Dog grooming

This is the worst grooming facility I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been having my dogs groomed a long time and never have I ever experienced such horrible Grooming. I’m new to North Carolina. I thought they would be good because they charge so much money, $110 per Yorky. upon their arrival I sent them a picture of how I want my dogs groomed. I get my dogs back I don’t notice everything that’s wrong at first however, I do notice that their head is not growing the way I asked it to be groomed, but I didn’t want to send my dogs back into the truck to traumatize them more but as the days go by I noticed little things they’re all uneven, their head is not cut right, their nails are not clipped, their ears are not cleaned, I called the company to complain. I got no results. The girl says that the groom looks fine. I have pictures of the grooming it’s the worst grooming company I’ve ever dealt with no one has called me back to rectify the situation. No refund has been given no compensation whatsoever. One of my dogs was traumatized for days wouldn’t eat was having diarrhea. This is insane they need to be put out of business. The last picture is not my dogs. It’s the picture I gave them of what I wanted my dogs to look like. The pictures of my dogs that I am sending don’t even do justice because you really can’t see all the mistakes.
