On December 14, 2022 I purchased some facial products at Gallery Glam in Charleston, South Carolina. The first purchase I made was for $1962 and I took this with me. The second purchase was for $4687 and it was to be mailed the next business day. I had not received the purchase when I tried to call Gallery Glam to cancel the order because I decided that I did not want it. The phone number was no in service. I was eventually able to contact them via email perets.[protected]@gmail.com. I was told that I could not return the product without a receipt, which I do not have. That email was sent on December 23, 2022. So, I asked for a copy of the receipt and he wrote that the business in closed until January 27, 2023. I have since received the shipment but have not opened it. I would like to refuse the package but not sure that is what I should do. Please advise.
