I am in charge of our High School Reunion. We put the date of the Reunion and information about it on the AlumniClass, Inc. website. Later, we changed to date for the Reunion but we cannot change the original date that is on the AlumniClass, Inc. website. I have been trying to change the date for five weeks! This effort includes a dozen emails and a Complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Washington State Attorney General's Office. They do not answer their phone. AlumniClass, Inc. refuses to help! Announcing Reunions is this company's main business. It is what they sell. Having the wrong date up on their website is causing us a lot of harm. AlumniClass, Inc. does not care. From reading these other complaints, it seems like they are only interested in taking your money.
Desired outcome: Allow me to change the Reunion date and put up additional information in the future!
