Game Knysna review: Both product and service

I bought a blender @ Game Knysna, the 1st blender was not working, the problem there was water coming under while in use as I was scared maybe it can cause power damage/problems. The 2nd one just stop working @ at all. When I return I was told that I cannot get cash they will rather give me voucher. I took voucher and add cash so that I can buy more expensive blender so that I cannot deal with same problem again. But the blender is not working it cannot even blend the Banana it is worse on apple. Today I was told that they cannot refund me now, they will send the blender for repairs because it is after 14 days. I am very disappointed, disturb and angry that now I must wait for 21 days to get my blender. I didn't have a choice I had to go to another shop to buy new blender as I used blender every day because I have someone who is sick in my house I need to blend some fruit or juice in order for her to eat. I had no blender for more than 10 yrs that I bought from another shop but it never gave me any problems it was stolen when there was bugglary in my house.
