Subject: Urgent Issue with Titanium Band for fēnix® 7X Pro – Sapphire Solar Edition

On December 7, 2023, I purchased the fēnix® 7X Pro – Sapphire Solar Edition Carbongrau Titan DLC with QuickFit® Titanium Band (26 mm Schiefergrau) from your store. While I appreciated the friendly service and the assistance in fitting the watch band, I encountered a significant issue upon my return to Düsseldorf.
I discovered that the titanium band was not properly secured, leading to parts falling off. An immediate search for fixing tools in the watch box turned up empty, leading me to suspect they might have been inadvertently omitted during the busy checkout process at the store.
On January 10, 2024, at 10:23 AM, I called your store seeking assistance. After a seven-minute conversation, I was disappointed to be directed to the website for help. Despite my insistence, the only concession was a promise to discuss a solution and call back. However, as of today, January 26, 2024, I have received no further communication.
I am requesting an immediate dispatch of the necessary tool to adjust the watch band, along with an explanation and compensation for the poor after-sales service. This incident has made me reconsider future purchases from Garmin, despite this being my second Garmin watch.
