GE Appliance Air conditioner review: GE giving me the run around the purchase of air conditioner that is not even a year old not working

air conditioner purchase 8/11/2022 used for a month of last year this year its not working a service tech name Andrew from GE came out explain it cant be fix gave me a [protected] number to call said that they would replace AC unit I was told after leaving serveral messages I dial GE custermer care was told that was a bogus number and given further run around by that agent horrible company to play with people and there money I would be scared to be such scammers I WILL BE CONTACTING BBB ASAP and the News to report this entire situation.
