I don't know anything about Geeks Per Hour, but if you click on the name of the woman who made the complaint, you will see that she has posted FIFTEEN THOUSAND complaints against numerous companies! Who has time to do this? She would have to be spending 8 hours a day just posting complaints to have that many complaints listed. How can she have time to shop at all those places! I "smell something rotten in Denmark".
Geeks per hour is a solid outsourcing business. Like any Indian outsourcing, what you think should take an hour takes two hours, but that's just sort of the deal you have to get used to.
