I purchased a car for $17, 000 with an extended warranty that was offered up as "coming with the vehicle." (This was not required by the bank as I was informed by a letter in the mail from my lender.) After two weeks of driving it, I noticed that there was a cloud of smoke when I started the vehicle. I took it to the dealers' garage. I was told that they did not know what was wrong and to take it to the Infinity dealership for service. Upon doing so, I learned that the vehicle had a long history of neglect by the previous owner and that the vehicle was known to have needed a new engine for over two years. I authorized the garage to replace the engine through the warranty company. They informed me that the warranty company did not know who I was...Hmmm...After multiple calls and a report to the better business bureau, the sales manager "Bruce" reluctantly contacted the warranty company. I am still without a car at this point in time as the warranty claim is processing. Boooooo! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone that I actually like.
